Account Settings for Patent Attorneys & Agents

Manage your profile information and account preferences from the Account Settings page. Whether you're a patent attorney, patent agent, or technical specialist, your account settings let you customize your patentreply.ai experience.

Accessing Settings

Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of any page, then select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.

Profile Information

You can view and update:

• Display name — How your name appears in the application and in shared patent analyses
• Email address — Your login email and where notifications are sent
• Professional affiliation — Your law firm or organization name

Notification Preferences

Control which notifications you receive:

• Analysis completion — Get notified when your patent office action analysis is ready to review
• Low credit balance — Receive a warning when credits are running low
• Product updates — Stay informed about new patent prosecution features and improvements
• Security alerts — Important notifications about account security events

Updating Your Email

If you need to change your email address:

1. Go to Profile settings
2. Enter your new email address
3. Confirm the change via a verification email sent to your new address
4. Your login credentials update automatically once verified
