Sharing & Collaboration — Share Patent Analyses with Your Team

Share your patent office action analyses with colleagues to collaborate on prosecution strategy. Shared analyses provide read access to all patent analysis documents, allowing your team to review office action response strategies, prior art comparisons, and patent claim amendments.

Sharing a Patent Analysis

To share a patent analysis with a colleague:

1. Open the analysis from your dashboard
2. Click the Share button in the toolbar
3. A unique sharing link is generated
4. Send the link to your colleague via email or messaging

The recipient can view all patent analysis documents — Executive Summary, Office Action Response Strategy, rejection analyses, prior art comparisons, and patent claims — without needing their own credits.

Managing Shared Access

From your dashboard, shared patent analyses are indicated with a sharing icon:

• "Shared by me" — Patent analyses you've shared with others
• "Shared with me" — Patent analyses others have shared with you

You can revoke sharing access at any time by opening the analysis and managing the share settings.

What Shared Users Can See

When someone accesses your shared patent analysis, they can:

• View all analysis documents (Executive Summary, Strategy, rejection analyses, prior art comparisons)
• Read the patent claims in clean and redline (tracked changes) format
• Navigate using the document sidebar and split view
• Use in-document search to find specific claim limitations or prior art references

Security

• Shared links use secure, unique tokens that cannot be guessed
• Only users with the exact link can access the shared patent analysis
• You maintain full control and can revoke access at any time
• Shared analyses are read-only — recipients cannot modify your documents or patent claim amendments
