Beta Tester Agreement for patentreply.ai

1. What You Get

We give you free access to patentreply.ai. This is only so you can test and evaluate the software. You can't use it for anything else. (although of course you can use the strategies generated by the software for your own use).

2. What You Can't Do

• Do not use the strategy without using your professional legal judgment - the strategy is produced (in part) by an LLM and it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy before using the strategy in a response.
• Don't try to copy, change, or figure out how the software works (like reverse engineering).
• Don't share, sell, or give the software to anyone else.
• Don't break any laws while using it.

If you break these rules, we can stop your access right away.

3. Your Feedback

We encourage you to tell us what you think! Share your ideas, suggestions, or any problems you find. This helps us make the software better.

4. Our Rights to Your Feedback

If you give us feedback or suggestions, you give patentreply.ai permission to use them. This permission is:

• Free (you don't get paid).
• Worldwide (we can use it anywhere).
• Non-exclusive (you can still use your ideas elsewhere).
• Transferable (we can give this permission to others if needed).
• Includes all rights, like copyright, so we can add your ideas to the software or use them in any way.

You promise that your feedback is your own original work and doesn't break anyone else's rights.

5. Other Important Stuff

• This is a beta version, so it might have bugs. We aren't responsible for any problems it causes.
• We can end this agreement anytime.
• If there's a disagreement, we'll try to fix it nicely, but laws in the United States apply.
